Going to Chicago for Cubs and White Soxs game was the main reason but the totally experience has made Chicago a place that I want to move to and explore more. Its a city based on theater and growing sports town. With the Blackhawks (their hockey team) winning 3 Stanley Cups, to the Cubs finally winning the World Series it shows that anything can happen in this city.

World Cup of Hockey - Toronto, Canada. World's best hockey players played for their countries. The add of two teams called "Team North America", which was player from USA and Canada under the age of 23 and "Team Europe" the players that countries couldn't make a full roster for their country to be represented. The tournament player at Air Canada Center, in Toronto, home of the Maple Leafs and the Raptors.  

This year Iona College students covered the SHE Summit, to bring the issues that they two day talk back to college campus. It was a way to relate to the "grow up world" to college life and how both relates so much to everything we do everyday. The event was held at the 92nd Street Y in NYC. Speakers throughout the two days talked about how women can empower each other and how men can take part in this empowerment of women in the work force of any kind, from the movie studios to the football field.
